Q. Can I order online?

Yes, simply 'click' the part required then add the item to the shopping cart. You can then checkout using debit/credit card or PayPal payment options.

Q. I'm unable to find or recognise the part I'm looking for.

Please email us a picture of the enclosure, spare part or shower seal you require. Our team will happily review and further advise. Where possible please email a picture of the shower seal strips cross section, as we show the seals via our webpages.

Q. Is there any fitting advise?

Please refer to the shower part or the shower seal pages where typical questions are there for review. If you need further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q. Can I buy parts from outside the UK?

Yes, you can purchase parts from a number of countries - USA, South Africa, Ireland, etc. All destinations can be found via our checkout.

Q. What if delivery destination is VAT exempt?

Please ensure you select the country delivery destination through our checkout - the VAT is then automatically deducted and this includes Jersey (not UK).

Q. Where's my order? (When should I contact?)

Items are typically dispatched within 24 hours, with transport methods via Royal Mail and Express Courier. Parcels would usually arrive within 1-3 days from your order date. Although small packet Royal Mail deliveries ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery due to possible sorting errors.

Q. Where can I find cleaning directions for Showerlux aftercare products?

Details can be found within the product details on the item description page.

Q. Are there additional delivery charges?

Delivery charges only apply if:

· Package exceeds 30kg in weight
· Non-UK & postcode exceptions 
- mainland delivery
· Package is 1.5 metre or over in length (stated within product description)

Free delivery is available from as little as £11.95 (selected items only) All orders over £50.00 are dispatched free of charge, excluding the exceptions listed above (UK only). Further information can be found through our checkout.

Q. Do custom charges apply?

Since the end of 2020 - custom charges are applied to most European destinations. When ordering outside the UK please be aware of the import charges that may be applied to goods. These charges are typically added as goods are processed through customs where the courier will request any import charges owed.
