Hi there, you 1st cut the seal to desired length, then simply push fit the 'U' section onto the glass. If the seals a little tight when fitting, wet the edge of the glass with a damp cloth or sponge then push fit.

Simply ensure to push the seal onto the base of the glass an inch at a time where the seal will take the contour its supple so there will be no problems with fitting or springing off.
